Stone Home Solutions LLC (“Stone Home Solutions,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a free assessment or take our attic quiz, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, email address (optional), and your answers about your home and project.

Information collected automatically. Our forms also record standard marketing attribution: how you found us (for example, which ad or search brought you here), your contact-consent choice with a timestamp, the page you submitted from, and your browser type.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We store a small first-visit record in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days so we can tell which ad or search brought you to us. We also use analytics and advertising services provided by Google, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure which of our ads lead to inquiries.

Ad measurement. When you submit a form, we may share your email address and phone number with Google in hashed form (converted into a scrambled code that is not readable as your actual contact details) so Google can tell us whether an ad led to your inquiry. Google uses this information only to provide measurement to us, under its Ads Data Processing Terms. You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google’s servers.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your estimate and schedule your in-home assessment.
• To provide our services and keep records of the work we do.
• To understand which of our ads and pages are working, so we spend our advertising budget wisely.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.

If you check the consent box, we may contact you by call or text, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel texts, HELP for help.

How we share your information

We share your information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our website hosting, scheduling, and messaging systems, which process it on our behalf.
• Analytics and advertising providers (Google), for the measurement purposes described above.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Texts and calls: reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we will stop contacting you.
• Google ad settings: manage how Google uses your information for ads at My Ad Center.
• Google Analytics: opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage in their settings. The site will still work if you do.
• Access or deletion: call us (below) to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Data retention & security

We keep lead and customer records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and delete them on request where the law allows. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for homeowners. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
